Alexa Goh Siau Juinn
BCBA
President of MABA
One of the founding committee of MABA since year 2020. Alexa has served the neurodiverse community and families in the past 9 years. She is passionate about applying and disseminating of ABA to education and parenting. She holds herself and the ones she supervises with high accountability and integrity in her practice. She believes quality of lives of not just the neurodiverse individuals but families and the community can be improved with updated evidence-based practices, and effective multidisciplinary collaboration.
Clement Chan
BCBA
Vice President of MABA
Joined MABA in 2021. With over 6 years of experience in the ABA field in the UK and Malaysia, he has worked in various settings, including an early intervention clinic, a school for special needs, and several home-based programs. He is the Founder and Clinical Director of The Learning Curve, specializing in providing ABA therapy consultation for neurodiverse children aged 1-10, which includes assessments, intervention planning, and parent/caregiver/staff training. He is passionate about providing quality ABA services that are ethical, based on empirical research, and advocate for the voice and independence of the children he works with
Carmen Kong

Secretary of MABA
Joined MABA in 2021. After completing her master’s studies in the US, she returned to Malaysia to provide therapy to neurodiverse individuals. She is also the founder of The ABA Project, a special education school in Malaysia. Her passion is to use evidence-based techniques to help neurodiverse individuals achieve quality education, adequate support, and a desired lifestyle
Charlie Chang Chia Yee

Vice Secretary of MABA
Chang Chia Yee (Charlie), a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, holds an MSc in Health Psychology from Coventry University, UK. As Vice Secretary of the Malaysia Association of Behaviour Analysis (MABA), Charlie is dedicated to promoting evidence-based practices in behaviour analysis. Her passion lies in encouraging more individuals to join the ABA field in Malaysia. Charlie aims to enhance understanding and application of behaviour analysis principles, benefiting individuals and communities throughout the country.
Chua Sin Ly
BCBA
Treasurer of MABA
Joined MABA in 2020. Currently, she is the principal of SEED Autism Services. While leading the clinical team, she continues to conduct and facilitate various public engagement programs. She firmly believes in providing quality services, and that every child can learn when we hold ourselves accountable in the way we teach.
